Carlos and Humberto are visiting Dr. Pilar Navas-Parejo at the Institute of Geology, National Autonomous University of Mexico located in Sonora, Hermosillo (Mexico) to work on the project «Biostratigraphy and Paleoecology of the Upper Paleozoic marine environments from the Northwest of Mexico». During two weeks we will do some fieldwork on the Devonian and Carboniferous strata of the Sonora Mountains looking for the fist fish remains recorded in the area.
